How does food ordering work?
Index connects to your Chowdeck account. Once linked, you can ask your agent to browse restaurants, choose what you want, and place an order — all in conversation.
How do I link my Chowdeck account?
Ask your agent to connect your Chowdeck account. It will walk you through a phone number and OTP verification step with Chowdeck. Once done, your account stays linked until you remove it.
What can I pay with?
You can pay with your Chowdeck balance or your Zap balance.
Is food delivery available outside Lagos?
Food availability depends on Chowdeck’s restaurant coverage in your area, not on Index. Check the Chowdeck app directly to see what’s available near you.
My order was wrong, late, or didn't arrive.
Chowdeck handles all delivery and fulfilment. Contact Chowdeck support directly — Index’s role is to place the order, and fulfilment is Chowdeck’s responsibility.
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellation depends on Chowdeck’s policy at the time of your order. Contact Chowdeck support. Index has no cancel mechanism once an order is confirmed.
I was charged but no order was placed.
