Getting started
How do I sign up?
Visit paystack.com/index and click “Get started, free.” Sign up with your email address. Once your account is approved, you’re ready to connect your agent.
What do I need?
An email address, an account with at least one supported AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT, or OpenClaw), and a linked Zap account to make purchases.
How do I connect Index to my AI agent?
Sign in at paystack.com/index and follow the connection flow for your agent. You’ll be asked to authorise Index through a standard sign-in screen — review the permissions, confirm, and your agent can act on your behalf from that point.
I've connected — now what?
Just talk to your agent. Some things to try:
- “Buy ₦500 MTN airtime for 0801234567”
- “Order lunch from Chowdeck near me under ₦3,000”
- “Send ₦10,000 to [account] at GTBank”
The connection screen isn't loading.
Make sure you’re using a supported agent. Clear your browser cache and try again. If it still doesn’t work, contact us on WhatsApp at +1 (979) 399-8848 or email index@paystack.com with a description of what you see.
How do I disconnect my agent?
From your Index dashboard settings, or from within the agent’s own settings (for example, Claude’s integrations panel). Either works. If you want to disconnect urgently, use whichever you can reach fastest.
